These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Club North website. By accessing the site and playing our social games, you agree to abide by these rules. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please depart the conservatory immediately.
Eligibility Requirements

Virtual Currency and Real Value
Aether-Crystals are the exclusive virtual currency used at Club North. Aether-Crystals are entirely free, cannot be purchased, and hold absolutely zero real-world monetary value. They cannot be withdrawn, traded, or redeemed for cash, prizes, or any other items.
Strictly No Real-Money Gambling

Club North is provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties regarding the uninterrupted operation of our games. Club North Entertainment Ltd. shall not be held liable for any damages, perceived or actual, arising from your use of this purely free entertainment platform.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from your use of Club North shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.
