6. Limitation of Liability

Boreal Social Gaming Inc. provides Play Club North on an 'as is' basis. We are not liable for any technical malfunctions, loss of Aurora Embers balances due to browser clearing, or any damages arising from your use of this free entertainment platform.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from your use of Play Club North shall be resolved in the courts located in Ontario.
